      Great brand equity, with leaders and associates that truly believe in the products, services and experiences they create for their consumers

      Cons

      Poor pay relative to competitors in all product segments. No true opportunity for associates to share in the financial successes of the organization, especially at the executive level.

      Pros

      I loved working for the company prior to all of the cuts in the mid2000’s! Benefits went along way.

      Once the downsizing happened you had full time people scrambling to get to 40 hours just to keep their benefits.

      Good pay and flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      No Consumer input into designs. No voice of the customer in anything. Very frustrating to design something with no design guides and no process to launch projects. Very poorly managed from the top down in Engineering.
