      Doing more with less...but this is temporary until the economy turns around. I still have a great work-life balance.

      poor work process, disrespect people, leader is the king

      slow pace, easy to balance work & life, if your job doesn't too many early morning & night conference, fair pay

      Cons

      extremely leader oriented, no clarity on decision-making whatsoever, doesn't respect employee's time & dignity, highly hierarchical, very ambigurous roles & responsibilites, no standard work process at all

      - Great pool of subject matter experts - Friendly and helpful staff - Comfortable pace of work, and generally flexible with staff

      Cons

      - Experience is all that matters, if you are grey and old and talk a lot you must be good! - Potential has no meaning - Very slow with growth and recognition of people, opportunities, etc - Terrible micro managing can mean months of waiting on simple issues
