      good paying job in a small town, easy work without a stressful environment, and a variety of people to work with

      the concrete building can be very cold in the winter time and very, very, very hot in the summer almost unbearable

      Poor leadership Inbred culture Management disrespects employees Directors and Senior Managers care only about pleasing the Kohlers and disdain staff. Top down communication and management style. Employees below Director level have little opportunity for input despite having good ideas.
