      Pros

      The orientation staff will say, "either you rent or own your work. By saying it's only a job you rent it." The pro: it's only a job.

      Cons

      The communication between departments is horrendous. Departments do not communicate with each other and the result is employees' blaming other departments for work not being done. The general atmosphere is a "It's not my fault, it's their fault" mentality, which perpetuates work not getting done because nobody takes initiative and responsibility to actually find out what needs to be done. To summarize, don't ask questions because nobody will tell you the answer anyway.
