      Pros

      Fair pay, self-managing work, hard workers recognized for accomplishments. Lots of opportunities for learning new skills, working directly with customers, and internal networking.

      Cons

      Hard workers frequently left to pick up the slack of co-workers. Management across the resort is full of out-of-touch poor communicators. Company prefers to hire from outside to fill gaps in staffing. Resort holds onto unskilled workers because of how understaffed every single department is.

      You can make some pretty good cash in the first few weeks 780/850 a week!

      Cons

      The only difference between Kohler and Limestone Correctional Facility is that Kohler allows you to go home at night!

      Pros

      Kohler has great benefits and a real "family" spirit. I would say pay is right in line with most similar companies. As the leader in their industry, it is a relatively easy to sell their products - the name is highly respected. They have great products and a stringent hiring process which ensures only the best talent.

      Cons

      A very demanding company. You will earn your money here... and then some. the hours are long, but compensation is fair. Can be quite stressful at times. The usual politics is present and I have felt that they need more practical knowledge at the corporate level and fewer pencil pushers.
