      None that i can think of.

      Cons

      The employees that work for Kohler are some of the rudest people I have ever worked with. They yell and swear at each other to their face and don't take accountability for their actions. We had meetings about meetings on how to lie or not be honest to leadership so we could continue a project. If we were working with a supplier, Kohler would find patents that they could claim that the suppliers came up with. Do not recommend Kohler to anyone serious about their ethics. There is no actual engineering work within the walls of Kohler and it is outsourced to India or Chinese suppliers.

      This is surprising and very disappointing to read, as accountability, a collaborative working environment, and supportive leadership are all things we highly value and have seen reflected in daily work here at Kohler.
