There is nothing positive to work in London office...

Unfortunately, the working hours are insane in KPF. People are working like 24 hrs a day till midnights plus the weekends without any overtime being paid. It’s crazy, especially when I need work life balance. They expect to squeeze blood from their employees, it’s disgusting! Most of the times, I tried to keep my chin up but it does not work. They always call to work over the weekends too!. However, it’s even not enough for them to stay like1.5 hrs. overtime. My director warned me privately to stay late and talked to me to suit to the rest of the team staying late nights to work…. Strictly do not accept any offer to work there! you will regret!
