Great variety of project typologies and you'll get to work on stuff all over the world at all scales. Management mostly has good heads on their shoulders. Generally people are pretty sane and competent, which is more than I can say for a lot of NYC firms. KPF has the majority of their staff based out of New York - it's fun to be in the big HQ where the action is happening.

Cons

Design quality here disappoints me fairly often - there's a lot of copy-paste mentality. Work / Life balance can vary hugely depending on who your boss and team are. Good news is, there are a lot of bosses so if you're smart you can find yourself the right one. Current policy is 5 days in-office, which isn't the most popular with staff.
