I love that we are allowed to choose our own schedule. The support team is very diligent and quick to respond! The faculty and staff at the campuses are nice and welcoming.

Cons

I don't like that there is no way of knowing exactly what grade you will be substituting for. IA tells you its elementary and ICP tells you it 6-12 but no specific grade.

I called to inform them that I was pregnant with my first child and they stopped sending me as many shifts and put me on temporary leave when I asked them not to .
