If you are writing a book on how a management shouldn't be Join and check this organisation. Dont believe in their words of salary hike in next 6 months or so, It's one of the lie they start with, MidNight Firing (Termination) They fire you mid- Night without giving any prior notice. NO- Work ethics/ Professionalism.
