      This is good Japanese international company. Everyone is frank and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Well, sometimes there is a lot of workloads. And the issues of salary increment is once in a year.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely helpful, great company culture and the people are very friendly. The manufacturing floor is truly impressive and the open office environment is a joy to work in.

      Pros

      Good roster, not forced to do overtime or weekends. Good atmosphere to work in amongst other crew members. Breath test each day kept out the drunks and ensured all people were fit for work

      Cons

      Being lied to by managers and "leaders". Below average pay rates for the Hunter Valley area. Poor availability of parts and resources. Generally not supported well.
