      Pros

      There is opportunity to always learn more almost monthly. The job is challenging, which makes it fun. Some of the people are awesome.

      Cons

      May experience some attempted bullying on the job. There was a change in some leadership positions after Komatsu bought the company which hurt the company's future growth and functionality.
