      Pros

      Absolutely great people to work with. They are all very friendly and feel like a family. The Support team especially is a very tight-knit group of women who get things done.

      Cons

      The sales team is middle-aged white men, and the support team is younger women. The company could really benefit from some more diversity.

      Pros

      Support/guidance from management is excellent, your success is their priority. You're not treated like a "number" and the level of respect between all empployees makes CL a great place to work.
