A Great Company, But Politics Overshadowed Loyalty

Koniag was truly a great company to work for. They treated their employees well, showed genuine appreciation through thoughtful gifts, and fostered a professional and supportive environment. I took pride in being a dedicated employee who always gave my best.

Cons

Unfortunately, when challenges arose, I found that government politics took precedence over employee loyalty. It was disheartening to see such a strong workplace overshadowed by circumstances beyond my control. Despite that, I still value my time with Koniag and the opportunities I had to contribute to their mission. I only wish that employee voices and loyalty had been valued as highly as compliance and politics.
