Company drives innovation and is looking ahead to make sure that it is future focussed. People centric with lots of opportunities Agile working environment both in technology and way of working. I can decide where, how and when I work.

Cons

As a company in evolution, some Leaders may not have caught up with the agile way in which they need to lead. Some people are not comfortable with ambiguity.
