Decent salary. Freshers from premier colleges. Chance is given to freshers to impress. Platform team is good. Mobile is the future.

Cons

Work life balance may be difficult to maintain. Hikes not good. Work for most teams apart from Platform is with Kony IDE.

- Concept of work with fun rarely visible. - Work hours sometimes stretch more than 8 Hours
