I'm not sure why you believe there isn't a lot of upward movement, as we have many initiatives around career growth and reported at our previous all hands meeting that 308 Mobilizers (28%) were promoted in the previous 12 months, and 34% in the 12 months before then. Many people are growing their careers here and this will continue.
