Friendly colleagues and a supportive environment. Good tech stack unless you are working only on the front end (Kony Framework)

Cons

Hierarchy is followed. Appraisals, Appreciations, increments are not fair. Managers expect you to overtime and during weekends. Switching teams is difficult due to the "regions" you are put into.
