1. As a fresher you will feel as if you are working on something new but beware that's a trap. There is ZERO learning which can be counted anywhere as an experience outside kony. 2. The worst team of Kony is HR team. The most arrogant people are part of this team. Never open to any suggestion even though they do survey. 3. They hired so many wrong people. 4. There are no standard policies due to which many key people resigned. 5. Worst work/life balance. 6. For good work managers take credit and blame the team if something goes wrong. I can keep on writing but I think I have made my point.
