You will always have someone to help you and you will learn many things. There is always the opportunity to propose new things and the leaders will hear your thoughts and suggestions, great clients and very professional people

Cons

Some of the projects might be overwhelming for the new people and some areas need more structure, the company is growing a lot and sometimes you will find challenging situations
