Pros

Coworkers on the company are really amazing and passionate, It had a cool building (now is overpopulated) and a great location.

Cons

Salaries aren't great, salaries were pretty lower even for the city standard and is pretty hard to get a promotion. The most talented people of the staff leave the company because the difficulties in advance of their career in the company.
