Equality. Salaries increments every year Honest. They are honest when things are not going well Excellent Stability. They do not fire people, it's very weird, even when times are not ok, they keep people. Career Plans, English clases and other things where company pay for you the high % Small projects that will make sure not depend on a big client. Days off in Carnival of Barranquilla for everyone

No cons yet, they are not fully organized in some HR processes, but this last 2 years we have seen a lot of changes and benefits, and that is awesome.

Pros
Koombea is a very familiar company, the people are closely and collaborative. The Human Resource team make a lot of things for the welfare of the employees and the CEO is attentive to the innovation. The office is very beautiful and the project's distribution is good for the job- personal time relation. The projects are very innovative and dynamic.
Cons
The salary should be more adjusted to the average of the industry.
