Boss bearly does what he says
Rare to get raises (even if so it less then a $1)
Will try to hide bones' that when to others when you do not receive one
Can not move anywhere up the company unless you know/ related to someone higher up that will help you
Management doesn’t care about the individual. Dispatchers are terrible. Management will lie to your face. Pay and vacation aren’t great compared to other companies. HR staff is horrendous.
