Location brand reputation of the company, the job in nature is always about hustling to get names get business etc

Cons

Depending on what your team culture is like. All teams ex banking can be terribly local. banking and finance has a more international mindset although the majority of the team is still made up of locals

Great company culture. You work primarily under the Director of Research but are also mentored by senior colleagues. You learn about different companies' structures, how to call into those companies and identify potential candidates, and you become very proficient at using LinkedIn.

Cons

There is room for growth at this position and company, but it may take you longer to achieve that than if you started at a boutique recruiting firm.
