We've been growing rapidly, so there's been a lot of change. It's been managed pretty well - better than most companies I've worked for - but there's always rough spots in such a transition.

The team is easily the best part... everyone is approachable, highly intelligent, and genuinely friendly. Leadership are transparent, they are receptive to feedback and keep everyone in the loop. The work-life balance is also great... we have the autonomy to manage our time, and the flexibility is a huge bonus! Kraken is obsessed with improvement. There’s always a new tool, system, or training session being rolled out to help us work smarter and to grow personally. The team events are genuinely fun and help build a strong sense of community.
