Job satisfaction is high working for a company with a great mission - "Put a big green dent in the universe". Great work environment. High performing teams with a lot of autonomy.

Cons

Rapid growth means lots of changes. You need to be flexible and okay with things changing. That being said, management works very hard to incorporate feedback from all team members and create a great place to work.
