      Accounting & industry knowledge increased significantly. Always learning new things. Excellent training, management personally meets with all levels of staff . Paid fairly for working over 40 hours/week

      Cons

      Takes several months to get the rhythm of handling multiple clients so frustrated initially. Prefer salary but don't want to be in startup environment with expected 50-60 weekly hours

      Excellent people & training!! Interesting Startups, Advancement Opportunities. Quarterly meetings, Giants game, Holiday party. Paid for all hours worked & no pressure to work 55-60hrs/week.

      diverse, full schedule for accountant and manager level staff. strong development of skills and supervision. can earn for bringing in business. will find work for you.

      Cons

      only paid for hours you bill (with narrow exceptions). no paid holidays. no paid vacation. higher levels can have gaps between assignments. poor communication on pipeline of work. prospects treated as urgent and then go quiet.
