Business Outlook
Pros
Fairly knowledgeable senior management as far as industry knowledge. Workers are nice and easy to get along with. Casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Management does not know how to treat staff very well. There's never a kind or supportive word or even a pat on the back for a job well done. It's takes very little to make people feel appreciated and respected. It's hard to move up here, very little room for advancement. There's no cross-training of people which is bad because people stay in their own silos of expertise and don't grow and share knowledge/expertise. Many of us are not effectively utilized. I see many people taking long lunches or long breaks which is not fair to the rest of us.
