There's an environment conducive to open communication from the staff level all the way through director level. Due to the size of the firm, you are exposed to so many different industries, which allows you to narrow down which ones interest you most. A healthy work-life balance is definitely attainable at Kreischer Miller as the hours are reasonable and some flexibility is usually available. Activities outside of the office are also numerous, allowing you to build better relationships with your colleagues.

The training they provide is outstanding. They give you a week's worth of training when you first start and then they continue to provide training throughout the year through KMU.
