Pros

At Krispy Kreme, hard work was recognized and rewarded, and leadership opportunities were available to those who had shown desire and the potential for growth. If you're young and just branching leadership, this is a good place to start.

Cons

The senior leadership was often unavailable for advice, and coaching wasn't very robust. Hourly wages were higher than other companies in the industry, but the salary for managers was next to nothing.
