      I used to feel appreciated by KK like they preach, now I just feel like a cog in a corporate machine all over again.

      *benefits are pretty generous *plenty of opportunities to grow in the company *they’re working hard at improving training of everyone

      Cons

      *bonus structure seems to change and become harder to achieve every year *constant stress, I believe in growing but it feels rushed and pushed unrealistically here. *they preach loving their employees but stress out and push continued stress onto regional managers, who push it onto District managers, who push it onto General managers, who push it onto supervisors, who push it onto employees.
