Team is lovely. Love working with them. Also very quiet so never busy or overwhelming

Cons

Upper management haven't a clue what to do. Complain losing too much money so resorted to laying off half of all management, half of all factory workers and all of the area managers. Yet constantly discount doughnuts and throw away loads of product at the end of the day
