Pros

Free donuts and hot drinks. Pay is slightly higher than minimum wage. Fun to work with other staff members.

Cons

Lack of communication with managers and staff. Tips disappear, don't go to staff. Clear favouritism with Managers from the beginning. Staff are overworked due to lack of organising of shifts. Often given shift hours I couldn't work but no replies from managers. Managers often took their stress out on staff.
