This is a great position that could really help you build a portfolio and gain contacts. Company culture is great. People are nice. free coffee and doughnuts.

Cons

Pay is lower than competitive average by a lot. You would make more if you worked at the shop. Part time 20 hours a week. You have to have a second job in order to work at this job. People leave when they find a better paying job and upper management seems just fine with losing all these people each year. No benefits.
