      When you get into college and start paying bills. The pay seems to not be enough. You can't even do your school work there

      flexible schedule. easy to get into a higher position if you are willing to do the work. great job if you are in school.

      Cons

      there is no communication between management and employees. store was smaller than other stores (good/bad thing). not a lot of employees working during most shifts. hours of operation (monday-thursday 6am-12am) (friday - saturday 24 hours) (sunday store closes at 11am). people are picky about the days and hours that they want to work).
