Free doughnuts, free coffee, relaxed and easy job

Cons

Absolutely awful pay as you progress, egocentric senior managers with no people skills that expect the moon on a stick, no work/life balance, lack of consistency between managers, offers of promotion that become apparent they are not what you agreed to

free doughnuts most people are super friendly

Cons

Over-worked, under-appreciated and super unorganised! For example, on Saturday nights only 4 people are on retail despite it being super busy- but on a Wednesday night when it's fairly quiet there's 6 people on retail. When you stay for longer (after your shift has ended) to help out, the shift leader doesn't even thank you for staying, instead she moans when you choose to leave.
