Pros

they are good about working with my schedule when it comes to school. i like alot of the people that i work with.

Cons

a lot of favoritism. they prompt people that dont deserve it. people make more money then the people that have been there longer.

Pros

I love the product. You can make people very happy. I really love working with people.

Cons

No consistancy in the rules. If you are not related you go nowhere and don't get regular raises. The insurance now is the worst ever. I have been there a long time and keep seeing children become supervisors and fail.

Pros

Free donuts, fun place, great co-workers, stays busy, great vacation benefits, great atmosphere, love to see happy customers, schedule is flexible with what i need. Health benefits offered to full time employees.

Cons

They don't look at the qualities and qualifications of a good employee and offer promotion within the store. Gm needs to be more aware of what the employees do/don't do. Management doesn't get bonuses .
