minimal supervision-never micromanaged if you do your work

non-professional, horrible management and leadership, drama filled work environment, owner likes to yell at people when he is in a bad mood, doesn't appreciate his employees

Cons

Record-setting turnover rate.. New guys weekly Extremely underpaid 50 hour weeks MINIMUM, but you're a fool if you think you'll be paid for more than 40
