zero flexibility with vacation time for new employees (pre-set schedule based on seniority), salaried employees are paid once per month at the END of month (ridiculous), 4 12 hour work days (Sun-W/W-Sat), hard start and end times despite being a salaried position. 4:30am to 4:30pm...or...4:30pm to 4:30am (not allowed to leave early even when all work is completed, all daily workers have been sent home for the day, and there is literally nothing to do but sit and play games on your phone).
