Pros
Uncapped incentive, started at $22 an hour at 100% production. After building stamina and learning to stack, made on average $45 an hour As long as you're not endangering anyone's lives, you can basically do anything you want to increase production
Cons
Many employees who have been around awhile can be unforgiving and come across unfriendly, seniority based jobs. First few years will probably be fri-mon shifts, night shift, will probably start picking in freezer/produce. VERY fast paced environment. Base pay is only 15.50, so when you're forced to an uncentivised position, not very good pay
