No matter what life circumstances occur, if you don’t have someone to cover your shift, you will get a point. You get 8 points and only after probationary period which is 90 days.

Extremely long shifts up to 16 hours of repetitive heavy lifting. Cases can weigh anywhere from 5-50lbs. You are also timed on every order meaning you have to race the clock in order to keep your job. Being one minute late on orders or your overall performance results in a write up. 3 write ups and you are terminated. They claim to have a Union but all it does it take money out our checks and we still have to succumb to terrible work conditions. Extremely high turnover rate. Not to mention a worker died on the job site due to fatigue and lack of understanding between supervision. Overall a place to avoid.
