Being a driver is easy and somewhat enjoyable.
Cons
The company ran is unorganized and unprofessionally. There are too many things swept under the rug and not addressed when it come to the workplace environment. You don’t notice the severity of it until you move up in the company. There is a high turnover rate which is a testament to the toxic workplace environment. The available shifts for higher positions give you no work life balance. This is the only company I’ve ever worked for where a promotion doesn’t give you a pay raise.
