Equipment is a hit or miss. Performance based employment which is dependent upon getting a good working pallet jack. No supervision really. Management is all over the place with managers in your section not being on the same page with HR whom is apparently the running management on this location for everything. If you have asthma and call in sick with a legit doctors note, (Like you can call the doctor directly to ask. It shows up on my anthem claims for the day as well. just a legit doctors note cause you cannot breath in the summer heat with their poorly ventilated warehouse. ) they will not care. I was told by the Union rep that a doctors note does not matter and does no excuse an absence. Thats what my 2 personal days and my 1 week of paid vacation was for. Their attendance policy is greater then your health. But the usual you see the specific people in the office all day with management chatting it up not working and yet they are still making waves in performance.
