      Union Based Good Pay Good Benefits

      Cons

      If you can make it past three weeks. Was hired on for the holiday rush with the assumptions that I had 9 weeks to train my body and learn the tricks of the talk man and the warehouse and pull to a satisfactory 100%. They need the extra hands for the holidays and hire on a lot of people. By week three I was pulling 8% under par and they let me go.

      A lot of overtime, never recognized for job performance.

      Cons

      Upper management rules with Iron Fisted tactics. Senior management replaced department manager 7 times in just 6 years. Union members are held on their knees.
