Pros
They pay great, you're under minimal supervision and it's 24/7 so there are 3 different shifts. You would work 4 days but for ten hours if you chose the overnight shifts.
Cons
They will have you work for more than 4+ hours just so they don't disturb their production levels. I worked overnight shifts and we got our breaks at 9 pm (1st 15), 11:30 pm (30 min), and then at 1 am (last 15). But really we should've gotten our breaks at 9 pm, 12 am, and 3 am and then leave at 5 am, but Dennis one of the managers wants to overwork people. They're very unorganized and the managers don't have good communication skills with each other. Yes I was late most of the time but only because I was having truck problems, there is no bus route to the job location, the light rail doesn't run over there and I live in Centennial so it was hard to make it to work for one week. But they weren't courteous to their employees and I don't know... excuse some days. I really appreciate Christian, one of the supervisors for at least trying and always having my back. I was fired for having too many occurrences but at least I kept in contact each day and told them. Again I lived far away so I couldn't actually talk to anyone on the phone it would just ALWAYS go to voicemail. This isn't a spiteful review just because I got fired, I did meet some awesome people there and some amazing managers (just two lol Christian and Brenton) but they're a new business that just started on Jan 07 of this year so you'll still be standing around for $20 or dealing with constant robot malfunctions.
