People who work behind the desk have no actual delivery experience and expect you to do things that are simply not possible, they’re not good with working with schedules and expect you to work the hours you cannot work.

Easy job, The learning curve isn't exceptionally difficult

Cons

You're an hourly employee that does management tasks. They don't value you, everyone hates you because you have to constantly call them out on their mistakes, you have no authority at your level to change anything, and your manager takes credit for your improvements to other positional work paths in his or her leadership meetings. You might as well look for a higher position if that's the workflow that you'll constantly have to be doing.
