Company is good but management can be improved

Pros

Hybrid work mode Benefits are ok

Cons

Bad work-life balance, management of the work, and a faulty assignment system. Also very reluctant to promotion to a title that you deserve (eg. L1 and L2 do the same job but obviously are paid less and viewed as lower or less experienced). Salary is not competitive and the seniors are not supportive.
