Executive decision making divorced from reality at team lead level and below. Employee onboarding and HR programs need work, leaving line managers burdened with teaching the basics about onboarding/HR admin. General underinvestment in people across the company (adequate staffing, HR tools, HR program staffing). Internal reorganization justifications and vision not communicated clearly. Performance and job security not correlated.
