Pros

Working at Kroll was engaging, rewarding and exciting. People worked together to achieve goals. Employees are encouraged to contribute, all ideas felt welcome.

Cons

A large company across several countries could be a bit overwhelming; however, Kroll's management had regular company town halls where employees from different areas shared what filled their work day and how they contributed to Kroll. It was a wonderful place to be a team member! I wish I had stayed with the company.
