- Career progression is ridiculous. Only senior management is promoted. Meritocracy does not exist, you advance only based on politics and frienships. - In some teams/departments projects are interesting. In most other the job is literally mundane. - In most teams work-life balance is none. However there are some (a minority) teams where it is achievable. - The unprofessionalism of some people is unbelievable. Some examples? Once a director started to work at 10am because he went to play tennis before. Once a team leader forgot that a new joiner had to start on a specific day and was totally unprepared.
